Local help for IRS and state tax debt
When you owe the IRS, you can feel like you’re up against a giant. When you owe the state too, it’s worse. The letters come from two places, with two sets of rules.
We’re Katrina and Phillip Gangluff, and we’re based in Bryant. We help people and businesses in Bryant, Benton, Little Rock, Conway, Hot Springs, and all across Central Arkansas. We step in, deal with the IRS and the state for you, and push for the best result the law allows.
Why local knowledge matters
The IRS works the same way in every state. The Arkansas Department of Finance and Administration doesn’t. That’s the state’s tax office, called the DFA for short. They have their own rules, their own deadlines, and their own tools to collect.
For example, the DFA can file a paper at your county courthouse that counts like a court ruling against you. They can take money from your paycheck or bank account. And if you own a business, they can cancel your state tax permits.
We’ve run our own business in Arkansas for more than 20 years. We know the DFA from the owner’s side. So we know what their letters mean, and we know what to do next.
Close by, but you don’t have to come in
Almost everything happens by phone, video, and secure upload. That’s how we work with clients in all 50 states. If you’re local and want to meet face to face, we can arrange it.
