Why we work in steps
Most people who call us have one big question: “What’s this going to cost?” That’s fair. Here’s our honest answer.
Nobody can price your whole case on the first call. Not us, and not the companies on TV. Nobody knows yet what the IRS has on file, or which way out you’ll qualify for.
So we work one step at a time. Each step has one flat fee, and you know it before the step starts. You only pay for the work your case really needs. And the price you agree to is the price you pay.
What happens on your free call
You’ll talk with Katrina for about an hour. She’ll ask what’s going on, what letters you’ve gotten, and what worries you most. Then she’ll tell you straight what she sees.
If we can help, she’ll walk you through the options that might fit and what each one usually costs. Before you hang up, you’ll know the exact flat fee for Step 2. If we can’t help, or you don’t need us, she’ll tell you that too.
