This site is general information
Everything on this site is general information about taxes and the IRS. It isn’t tax advice or legal advice for your situation.
Tax rules are complex, and they change. The right answer for you depends on your own facts. Two people with the same kind of letter can need very different help. Please don’t make decisions about your taxes based only on what you read here. Talk to a qualified tax professional who knows your full situation.
We work hard to keep this site accurate and up to date. But we can’t promise that every page is complete, correct, or current. Articles show the date they were written, and some may become out of date.
No client relationship until we both sign
Using this site doesn’t make you our client. Neither does filling out our contact form, booking a call, sending us an email, or talking with us on a free consultation.
You become a client only when you and Clearway Tax Group both sign a written engagement agreement. That agreement explains the work we’ll do and what it costs.
Until then, please don’t send us private documents or details you want kept confidential. If you need to share something before we sign, we’ll give you a secure way to do it.
No guarantees
We can’t promise any result. The IRS and state tax agencies make the final decision on every case. Results depend on each person’s facts, and what happened for one client doesn’t mean the same will happen for you.
Using the site
You may use this site for your own personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t:
- Copy, sell, or republish our content without our written permission.
- Try to break into the site, harm it, or disrupt it.
- Use the site to send spam or anything unlawful.
- Pretend to be someone else when you contact us.
The words, design, and images on this site belong to Clearway Tax Group or the people who license them to us.
Links to other sites
This site links to other websites, like IRS.gov and our scheduling and client portal services. We don’t control those sites, and we’re not responsible for what’s on them. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Limits on what we’re responsible for
This site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, Clearway Tax Group isn’t responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using this site or relying on its content. This doesn’t limit anything we owe our clients under a signed engagement agreement.
Text messages (SMS terms)
If you check the text-message box on one of our forms, or ask us to text you, Clearway Tax Group may send you text messages about your inquiry, scheduling and reminders for your consultation, and, if you become a client, updates about your case. We don’t send marketing texts.
- Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. We’ll send one text confirming you’re unsubscribed, and then no more.

- Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the new terms.
